Dr. Romagnuolo to be Recipient of Teaching Award

April 29, 2009 – Dr. Joseph Romagnuolo, Gastroenterology/Hepatology Director of Clinical Research and Associate Professor of Medicine at MUSC, has recently been selected to receive the very prestigious MUSC Foundation Teaching Excellence Award as outstanding Educator-Mentor in the Clinical/Professional Category.

"I'm especially proud (of this award) as I am aware first-hand that there are honestly far more deserving and skilled teachers at MUSC than I," said Dr. Romagnuolo. "I am certainly honored to be listed with them this year."

Dr. Romagnuolo will be recognized at the 2009 Commencement and the award will be officially presented at Faculty Convocation on Aug 25, 2009.
