... and March is Also National Nutrition Month
March 6, 2009 – National Nutrition Month is a nutrition education and information campaign created annually in March by the American Dietetic Association. 
The campaign focuses attention on the importance of making informed food choices and developing sound eating and physical activity habits. Registered Dietitian Day, celebrated on March 11, increases awareness of registered dietitians as the indispensable providers of food and nutrition services and recognizes RDs for their commitment to helping people enjoy healthy lives.
This year, the theme for National Nutrition Month is "Eat Right." To that end, four MUSC dietitic interns from our '08/'09 class have each written an article based on the topic of eating right. The articles are:
